Traveling soon? Here are 10 + 1 small items for your bag that may help you stay healthy.

Beyond washing and sanitizing your hands, wearing your favorite face mask from Etsy, and tuning in to a meditation app, these products may give you the edge health-wise when traveling.

1. Next time you’re on a plane or road trip as a passenger, open up one of these Dermal Korea Collagen sheet masks—a bargain at less than a buck each—and chill out for twenty minutes. Will you look silly? Yes. Will you feel de-stressed and will your skin look and feel better afterwards? YES.

2. Try a few spritzes of this germ-fighting, antioxidant-rich Beekeeper’s Naturals Propolis Throat Spray before you start your next journey. I also take a spritz or two when I feel the start of a sore throat.

3. Boost your hydration with Nunn Sport electrolyte drink tablets. After thousands of miles on my bike trying the latest and greatest hydration tabs, I keep coming back to this brand.

4. Tired and achy after a long day in the car or on the plane? Pour a double shot of Mio Liquid Yoga Restorative Bath Soak into a tub of hot water. The epson salts, wild mint, and Mediterranean cypress oil will soothe your muscles, plus it smells divine. This is my kind of yoga!

5. To prevent your stomach feeling a little off when you’re traveling, consider taking a probiotic to boost your gut health. After trial and error, I’ve decided Nutrition Essentials works the best for me.

6. Quench your thirst from a LARQ Self-Cleaning Water Bottle because you know plastic bottles aren’t good for your health or the environment. And the LARQ uses purifying UV light to self-clean every two hours, killing 99.9 percent of harmful germs.

7. When the snack of choice on the road is potato chips instead of salad, boost your immune system and pop an 8Greens Effervescent Super Greens tablet, a fizzy dietary supplement that’s made from real greens. Lemon-lime is my favorite flavor.

8. Pressure caused by changes in altitude can create ear pain. So can the drone of a plane or car engine. Next time you’re catching a flight or driving to the mountains, pop in a pair of reusable FlyFit pressure-regulating ear plugs. They filter out ambient noise while still enabling you to talk to and hear your travel companion.

9. Want to sleep better at your destination? Don a silk eye mask. Not only is total blackout better for catching ZZZs, but silk has amino acids that promote rehydration and won’t absorb your eye cream or face lotion.

10. Before you turn out the light, spritz some all-natural This Works Deep Sleep on your pillow to make your bed smell nice and calm your nerves. In an independent study, 89% of users fell asleep faster and 98% felt more alert the next morning. Worked for me!

The plus one:

Next time you’re overnighting away from home or feeling the effects of dry air, put a Fancii Personal Mini Humidifier beside your bed. (I’ve posted about this before; click here for the in-depth review.) You will sleep better and awake more refreshed—really!

Twist’s Take: These ten (plus one) products fit easily into your bag, will make you feel better, and may boost your health on your next trip.
