These heels convert to flats, making them the perfect travel shoe.
Even though I’m tall, I love wearing heeled shoes—they make me feel “dressed.” I’m less thrilled, though, when it comes to walking in them, especially over lumpy cobblestones, cracked pavement, slick tile, and other dodgy surfaces I encounter when traveling.
Plus, as I usually travel with only carry-on luggage, I don’t like giving up precious bag space to a pair of heels that won’t be worn much. Now, thanks to Pashion, I can have flats and heels in the same shoe!
Converting heels into flats couldn’t be easier: twist the heel and out it comes, attached to the patent-pending support arch. With the shoe now flattened out, you pop on the included heel cap (or other heel style) and are ready to walk for miles without any discomfort. (Speaking of comfort, the polyurethane sole absorbs impact and cushions your foot as either a heel or a flat.)
This feature, combined with availability in dozens of styles (pump, sandal, closed toe, ankle strap, mule, etc.), colors, and patterns, makes Pashion the perfect travel shoe.
Power-walk to your favorite Parisian monument or Roman restaurant, pop in the heels/arch once you arrive, and your feet are stylish as well as ache- and blister-free. Pashions are also a good choice for commuting, weddings, bar crawls, and IG photoshoots—occasions where you want the look of a heel but the comfort of a flat.
In addition to a wide range of sizes, each pair is also available in two heel heights (3” and 4”) and two heel styles (block or stiletto) for ultimate customization.
You can even purchase additional heel kits, from lots of colors in plain leather to snakeskin to rope to cork to wood block.
I went with The D’Orsay 3-inch block in gray suede (with an extra pair of snakeskin heels, giving me essentially three pairs of shoes), and it’s turned out to be one of the most versatile, comfortable, and stylish pair of shoes I own. Whenever I pack it, I’m ready for anything!
Note: The shoes tend to run large, so you may want to size down.
