Upgraded Points, a Texas-based travel company, conducted a study comparing the cost of taking Uber to major US airports versus parking your car there for an average trip. They assessed parking options, analyzed prices for different trip durations, and factored in Uber costs, with the result being a valuable tool for travelers making the Uber versus airport parking choice. Bottom line? It is cheaper to Uber to/from the airport than to park for a long weekend at 14 of the 50 largest U.S. airports. Here are some highlights from the study:
